1. Delivery Area & Fees
We deliver within a 2-mile radius from our restaurant.

・Orders over £25: Free delivery
・Orders under £25: £3.00 delivery charge

2. Delivery Time

・Delivery usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on location and order volume.
・During peak hours, delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Order Confirmation

・Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or email.
・Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct.

4. Failed Deliveries

・If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be canceled without refund.
・Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

5. Food Condition

・We ensure all food is packaged securely and delivered warm and fresh.
・Please consume your food within 2 hours of delivery.
