Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong order or any items are missing, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items. -
Damaged or Poor Quality Food
If your food arrives in poor condition (e.g. spillage, undercooked, spoiled), please take a photo and contact us immediately. A full or partial refund may be issued upon confirmation. -
Late Deliveries
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic or weather. Refunds for late deliveries are only issued if the delay exceeds 60 minutes and significantly affects the food quality. -
